What to include in a report
The faster we can reproduce what you are seeing, the faster we can help. When you report a bug, include the organization and project you were working in, the tool you were using (Item Specification Composer, Submittal and RFI Tracker, Inspection Tracker, Job Cost Tracker, or Deficiency Tracker), the steps that led to the problem, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot or a copy of any error message helps a lot. If the issue is specific to a shared dashboard link, include the link itself, since external dashboards are not tied to your account and we cannot look them up by name.
For feature suggestions or new tool ideas, tell us what workflow you are trying to solve, not just the feature you have in mind. Context about how your team currently handles the problem helps us build something that actually fits.
What to expect when you reach out
FieldWorks is built and supported by a small team, led by a licensed Professional Engineer at Ontario Engineering Solutions who uses these tools on real projects. We read and respond to every message that comes through the contact form or support@fieldworkshq.com. We do not publish a formal service-level agreement, but we aim to reply promptly, especially for account, billing, and trial questions. Bug reports and tool requests are read, prioritized, and where possible folded into the roadmap described on the product development page.
