Students & New Graduates
Supporting the next generation of builders.
Eligible students and users who graduated in the last 12 months can request six months of full FieldWorks tool access for a single-user account.

Promotion
Six months of full-tool access for eligible single-user accounts.
This program is intended to help students and new graduates learn real construction workflows: specifications, submittals and RFIs, inspection records, job costs, deficiencies, and shared dashboards.
The promotion applies only to single-user accounts.
Step 1
Create a free account
Sign up for a free FieldWorks account, no card required, so we have a single-user account to switch access on for. You can also start in the no-signup demo first if you just want to look around.
Step 2
Request student access
Email support@fieldworkshq.com from your school email address and include the email on your FieldWorks account, or use the contact form and choose Request Student Access from the dropdown.
Step 3
We verify and switch it on
Once we confirm eligibility, we enable six months of full-tool access directly on your account. No credit card needed.
Free construction management software for students
Construction administration is easier to learn on real tools than on a spreadsheet mockup. The student and new graduate program gives eligible single-user accounts free access to every live FieldWorks tool, Item Specification Composer, Submittal and RFI Tracker, Inspection Tracker, Job Cost Tracker, and Deficiency Tracker, so you can practice writing specifications, tracking submittals and RFIs, logging inspections, managing job costs and payment certificates, and closing out deficiencies the same way a working contract administrator would.
Who is eligible
The program is open to students currently enrolled in a relevant program, such as civil engineering, construction management, or architectural technology, and to anyone who graduated from such a program in the last 12 months. Access is granted per single-user account: it is intended for individual learning, not for staffing a company account or an organization with more than one member.
What is included
Approved accounts get full access to all five tools with no credit card on file and nothing to activate manually. That includes the same shared dashboard links, project maps, and export features available on a paid account, so the work you do looks and behaves like a real project record, not a stripped-down trial.
How long it lasts, and what happens at the end
Our team reviews each request and grants access for a period of one to twelve months based on eligibility, typically six months. When the grant period ends, tool access turns off, but your account and the project data you created are not deleted. You can pick up where you left off later by activating tools the normal way, with the usual 14-day trial and a payment method on file, the same as any other FieldWorks organization.
